I have placed a prepaid order #1628584 on just herbs website on 7 dec 2023. Till now I received no information about the product. I have been reaching out to them both in WhatsApp and mail but no proper response. I am asking for refund but they're not doing it either. Feels like I've been scammed. Please help me get my refund. I don't want the product anymore.

I have ordered from the website and they are not replying at all regarding my order update this is seriously some fake company.

As soon as i placed a prepaid order i immediately reached out them to cancel my order. Its been now 7 days no update. No one receive calls on given no.

I ordered a product directly from their https://www.justherbs.in/ website and didn't receive it yet. Just Herbs have to be the biggest scammers in the market right now. Order number #1573092, has not yet been dispatched, and no update on delivery.
I prepaid for the order so that I did not have to pay the delivery charges. Couldn't regret the decision more. As soon as I ordered the page showed ‘Order confirmed you will get your product...

I would like to inform you about a scam Website named "Just herbs.in",
Usually I'm aware of these Scam Websites and how they fool us. But this website was redirected from Google Pay app as a Reward of 85% off Coupon.

So I clicked on the Link and it redirected me to this Website.

There is a brand named "Just Herbs". And I have a product of the Same Company {Brought from Amazon Shopping App}.
So I thought that this was a Genuine Website of the Same Brand.

I Placed an Order (₹299/- after applying Coupon) about few Weeks ago but it didn't arrived till now and when I open the app, it Shows, 'Yet to be Dispached'.
And shows also various reasons for the delay like Festivals ect.

Overall The main objective of writing this email is to Shut down the Website, and also raising Concerns about Google Pay to not to redirect to these Scam Websites.

It would be Greatly appreciated if you look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible and Hopefully Return my Money back.

Ordered since 10 days yet nothing received, can't track order, even no one responds to your message. Fraud

I have placed my order on 11th July and today is 24th July and I didn't received my order yet. And I have already paid for my order so I am calling them but they are continuously busy.

I placed my order on 5th July and today is 15th July and still I have not received my order yet. I sent them 2-3 emails but they didn't reply. I whatapp them and also called them but their calls are continuosly busy....
