I'm writing to request a return for the lip balms I received from your company. Unfortunately, upon opening the products, I noticed that the colors are entirely different from the ones shown on your website. The shade I received doesn't match my expectations.

I would like to request either a replacement with different shades of my preference or a full refund. Please note that the products are unused, and I only opened the packages to check the colors. I hadn't applied the products.

I believe there's been a misunderstanding. I didn't request expedited shipping; instead, I'm requesting a refund for my order as the issue wasn't resolved as expected.

I'd like to clarify that I updated the request on the same day, I have noted the problem on the same day, well within the stipulated time frame. Therefore, it cannot be claimed that the refund window has expired.
