Made online purchase of few items from Just Herbs..on 29th August, 2025. The parcel was out for delivery on 3rd sept 2025..when the delivery person came to deliver...I was not at home as I was in the flight where my phone was switched off. When I landed I saw the delivery persons message..I requested him to give my parcel to my neighbour next day.
But the parcel was returned to Just Herbs on 9th sept 2025...proof attached.
Now I am chasing this company for refund but their email id is inaccessible and they are not picking my phone calls.
No response on WhatsApp.
Very disappointing...regret buying
