    Attention everyone.
    i have had 2 very bad experiences with justrechargeit, and now i feel if the company is a fraud money eating machine or website.
    In 2 instances i have tried to recharge my cell from their site and its been unsuccessful, but the money gets debited from my account.
    details of both the cases are mentioned below.
    they state that in case recharge does not happen due to any case, money is not debited from the account.. and in case the money is debited from the account, it is credited back to the account within 7 to 10 days.
    i have recharged on 10th July 2011 (as in case 1 below). today is the 25th of august 2011.
    Its 45 days passed.

    Details of both my cases are below.

    case 2 is just a day old, but as i have not yet got a refund back to my account for case 1, i surely expect my money for case 2 also to disappear.
    More over justrechargeit does not even publish a customer care contact phone no on the site so we cant talk to anyone.
    i request all who read this to stay away from this fraud website and to be careful while recharging from other sites.
    I am going to advertise this message in all consumer sites available on net.

    I am Sarika, i have recharged my mobile on 3rd september 2011 of amount 220 rs.The transaction got failed and the amount has not been refunded yet. i have been told by CustomerSupport to contact bank(SBI) with refund reference number CCA11ICEM786.       i had recharged my mobile phone for rs 444/- from justrechargeit on the 10th of july 2011 at 5.22 pm with the following transaction details. order no MK[protected]
      Money of rs 444 was immediately deducted from my account but i have still not received a credit of the amount in my account even till today . i.e. the 24th of august 2011. i have sent mails to justrechargeit but to no avail.

          On the evening of 02.08.11, I have used the website https://www.justrechargeit.com/index_justrecharge.aspx (JustRechargeIt) my mobile no.[protected] with an amount of Rs.250/-. The recharge according to the site was successful and the money has been deducted from my bank account. However, the mobile is still not showing the top up.
          The website quoted above has no telephonic contact number and has the provision of "Contact Us" that does not function at all after filling up all the details!
          A complaint through their email ID has been acknowledged and I have been reasserted that the recharge has been done. The mobile still does not show the topup amoutn.
          I would like to caution all that the site is not doing a its job properly and is also not contactable. May be the owner lives in an island all by himself!
          So please watch out guys!!!
          A similar incident happened to me too. In my case the amount was only Rs. 47 and recharge failed. I also contacted them via web complain form. Within 1 day they responded and assured me to check into the problem.

          After 2 working days their payment processor sent me an email with payment reversal notice. Then they also sent me with same email assuring me to refund the amount to my bank. By the 4th day, refund was done!

          If they didn't cheat me for Rs. 47, why will they cheat for Rs. 250? I'd advice you to please refer all the transaction id, your bank or credit card trx id etc. or take screenshots of amount debited and send to them. However, they didn't ask me for all that. But I'd disagree, because in my case I saw them working properly. I have copies of communication emails in support of what I said.
          They Justrechargeit.com do not have proper system to track the failed transactions. The same thing happened to me on 1st of Sep 2012. Their site shows transaction failure, but my account been deducted with 250 rs. Now even today there is no news about the refund. Do not trust these stupids, make payment through provider site. All have online recharge facility and make sure to pay using internet banking not with debit card. If any failure, it will be easy to get money bank.
          I made a mobile rechare for my Bsnl mobile a/c [protected] for Rs 110/- At about 4.08pm on 16.12.12 I had received the following msg on my mobile debiting my ICICI savings account no.[protected] for Rs 110/- but the recharge was not successful.
          quote : Dear Customer, You have made a debit card purchase of INR 110/-on 16 Dec. Infor. VIN*www.ccavenu.

          Kindly arrange to recharge my mobile or credit back the amount to my a/c no.
          I Have Airtel Prepaid. I Do 300/- Rs Recharge From Anywere I Get 310 Talktime But When I Rcharged With Justrechargeit.com I Got 264/- Talktime I Have Mailed them About That The Replied We Dont charge Anything Contact With Your Service Provider And Given an transaction Id. When I Called Airtel Customer Care Their Representetive Says They Dont Have Any Update That My Phone Recharged You Did Not Do Any Recharge... Now Whome I Ask Abouth that?????

            I also used this justrechargeit.com to recharge my reliance gsm number.the transaction failed but my money is deducted from my account and the money is never repaid back. i used to recharge from my credit card, so i never observed immediately tht my money is repaid to my account or not.
            i realized my money is not repaid to my account only when im paying my credit card bill.i was shocked and upset to see this kind service.

              i have had 2 very bad experiences with justrechargeit, and now i feel if the company is a fraud money eating machine or website.
              In 2 instances i have tried to recharge my cell from their site and its been unsuccessful, but the money gets debited from my account.
              details of both the cases are mentioned below.
              they state that in case recharge does not happen due to any case, money is not debited from the account.. and in case the money is debited from the account, it is credited back to the account within 7 to 10 days.
              i have recharged on 5th Sep 2011 (as in case 2 below). today is the 20th of Sep 2011.
              Its 15 days passed.

                  The payment status for the recharge is in process but till now it has been 2 days and response from your side for the refund of payment in JRI Card or in my Bank .
                  Please stop recharging from justrechargeit.com, because there system don't work properly if your recharge will be failed due to any issues and money will be deducted. They are never going to return you. Also none of them going to take the responsibility about your deducted money.

                  There is some emaling conversation, At the end they said please provide screen shot of bank statement and I provided after that no one replied to me...

                  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!
