I have placed orders for 3 cakes online trough Justbake.in on 20th of Dec 2015 (which was paid online), for some reason I had to cancel 2 of the orders immediately.
I contacted their customer care same day and cancelled 2 orders and requested to refund the amount. Which they have mailed me and assured me that it will be done within next 7 working days.
Even after 25 days they haven't bothered to initiate the payment reversal, also they have not delivered the cake, as they learned from my watch men that I'm not available, the cake was taken back and never informed.
Everytime I call their customer care for refund status they assure me that it will be done within the next working days.
Today 18 of Jan2016 I learned from one of the customer executive that they have not even initiated the payment.. Was this information helpful? |
