When we visited to return the cake at 13/04/2023 5.35PM,
the power was gone, there is not Power in Cake compartment for chiller cabin....

Physical : choco cream on the bread is to hard to cut by the cake of provided by restaurant.
Internal taste :
*Taste of the addible syrup is not as expected.
*Whole base bread has long stored smell on saccharides (unable to express taste)
returned back to the store.

almost 50 % different category tasted but received same review, not 01% acceptable....

I have placed order for a cake online fr my brother's bdy...n paid online ...now company is cheating by nt responding...

I had paced an online order Order ID: JBWED0097686 of Irish Coffee Cake on 23rd April to be delivered on same day, the payment mode was online, the assigned store manager says that they don't have Irish Coffee Cake and asked me to cancel the order and get a refund, repeated calls to customer care and mails sent but unanswered, they are playing with people's emotion and unprofessional service providers. fraud and fake.

A cake has been ordered and it must be delivered within the allotted time, whereas the cake has not been delivered in the given time and moreover i received a call after exceeding the delivery time, saying that the cake will not be delivered within the time.
Finally, the option left with me is to cancel the order.
If they were expecting so much of rush, they should have not accepted the order at the first place....

I have made 3 transactions to order cake as two of them didnot give me order id and mail of order placed i had to make 3rd transaction, while the money was deducted all the three times. I didn't receive refund for this transaction even after repeatedly calling and mailing them regrading my concern worst customer care service

I had order cake for my sons b'day (19th jan 2018). I didn't expect such a service from justbake, since i have order many times but this time they messed up. Shocked to see how the cake looks like, how can you just send the spoiled.
How can you expect the customers to take the cake?

Can you imagine water coming from the cake.

Ridiculous behaviour from Just Bake.
I had ordered anniversary cake for cash on delivery on 16 Jan 2017 through Just Bake. They had assured me that cake will be delivered on-time. But even after repeated calls to customer care they did not bother to give the status or any updates on the delivery & the cake remained undelivered. Such unethical behaviour & trouble to the customers from Just Bake should be stopped. Will never recommend...
