[Resolved] JustDial.com — a fraud detective agency | |||
I hired a detective agency and assigned a specific task to get a very specific information. Mr. Vikas oberoi (Mob.#[protected] from the agency after having a detailed discussion asked me to pay rs.4000/- fifty percent as an advance and the rest was to be paid when the information sought is handed over. Mr. Vikas oberoi from the detective agency asked me to transfer online rs.4000/- to his boss's account mr. Gautam kharbanda in icici bk #[protected]. Accordingly on 6th of august 2017 the amount was transferred. After the amount has been credited, mr. Vikas oberoi was in touch and also used to send the regular messages over whatsapp. But now for the last about 10 days neither is he responding to my phone calls nor he is sending back my queries on whatsapp. His this kind of attitude is frustrating and annoying which i fail to understand. If it is not possible for him to get the specific information then he must have told me frankly but maintaining silence after getting the amount is not fair. It is nothing but an act of cheating, fraud and breach of trust. What kind of detective agency he is running can be judged by any one. Sir, money is the secondary part in this case but his this kind of attitude is beyond tolerance. I expect you to help me so that individual like me should not be harassed and cheated any more. I have registered for a request on Just Dial for detective agency and received a call from Mr. Vikas Kharbanda (Mob.#[protected] from the agency saying he received a inquiry from just dial, after having a detailed discussion he asked me to pay rs.12000/-
Mr. Vikas Kharbanda from the detective agency asked me to transfer online rs.12 000/- to his boss's account mr. Gautam kharbanda in icici bk #[protected], UDyog Nagar Rohtak Road Delhi 41. Accordingly the amount was transferred.
After the amount has been credited, mr. Vikas stop responding to my phone calls nor he is sending back my queries on whatsapp. then i have simply asked for refund via chat on watsapp he stopped replying after watching all the messages.
I am having all the recordings in which he clearly said he received a inquiry from just dial, it means some one from the company is also involved who is being a part and partner crime, he is also sending fraud agencies details and getting percentage on cheating and fraud. i am having all the screen shot and recordings and its not happened with me only, while this i already get in touch with 2 more peoples who said the same and got cheated by these goons.
who are already insidely associated with JUst dial.
This is to put into your knowledge i am going to take a legal actions about these guys with the help of cyber cell .
