Breach of trust
Two of your executives came to my parlour and discussed about a membership registration and forced me for a cheque for registration. They asked me to sign on the registration form. They assured me they 'll call me to know whether to present the cheque or not.in case i need only short period they 'll return the same and collect the cash. It was a busy day. And they never allowed me to read the form. Trusted them iissued a cheque. They neither contacted me after that nor approached my parlour.
But to my surprise, every month i started getting notice from the bank regarding insufficient fund for ecs. This 'll affect my cibil score. One of the persons who came to the parlour is one mr. Akshay. Any one can cheat people like this.
I would like to get a responsible reply from you.

Pl b aware of this kind of woulf.

In continuation to my earlier complaint, I would also like to point out certain facts that I m an unemployed lady aged 61 years, and last day itself I had to return to the same hospital for treatment due to cardiac pain as there was no other alternative.
I straight away went to the causality and asked for help. Meanwhile I contacted our church Pastor and he came down to see me. Seeing my pathetic situation he tried to help me with whatever amount he had though he has to urgently go to uk to visit his daughter there.
After all diagnosis, they have given a Pantoprazole injection, taken 3/4 full Syringe blood for testing, ECG, and one X-ray. Collected rs. 15000/- from Pastor.
I was admitted in casualty in between 1.30 and 2 pm last day, 14.09.2022. And by 3. 30 they have taken me to the icu. By around 4 o’ clock I felt better and also due to scarcity of cash, I told them to discharge me. Though they agreed, they have taken 5 hours to settle my bill. They have neither done my blood test nor given any medicine. Out of the advance payment of rs. 15000/-. they had refunded rs. 6018/-.
Is it admirable for such a big hospital like yours. Why have you drawn that much blood from my body? Ultimately I got one pantoprazole injection for rs. 9000/-. Not even got my blood results.
Now I m worried about paying back the amount to Pastor.!
Anyway let your hospital flourish with the tears of people like us.

Please note, in addition to above, op admission fee we paid rs. 550/- first plus rs. 385/- op bill, plus, 4220/-for blood test and other accessories charges, separate bills are there already paid.
This is unbearable pilferage.
You people are accountable to God.
