After requesting many times on call and mails to stop their service and canceling ECS, they are just ignoring all requests. According to JustDial.com you need to inform prior 3 months to stop services but to tell these clause their employees required 3 weeks to explain this rule. They aren't trained at all…..Even their employees don't have any previous records of client and even they don't know their employee ids. As many as calls I had done to Justdial I have to started from zero only. Next come to their senior manager level employees, even they cannot explain properly anything……after requesting many time through call, by mail there is no any proper actions taken and this process still going on…..I mailed to stop all services in Feb 2021 and again in April 2021 and today is 8 March 2022 their 3 months duration is not over???
