I had 1 business listed on justdial under a paid contract for which i was being charged a single ecs amount every month around the 10th. As of november 2018, i had been contact by marketing executive mr. Srinivas (+91 [protected]) for renewal of said contract. At this point, i also decided to put my second branch under a paid contract with justdial. He and mr. Varma (+91 [protected]) made me sign two new contracts and ecs debit forms for both of these branches in november. The original contract has been running since then and a third ecs charge has been debited every month for the last 8 months. There are only two businesses of mine registered on justdial. Upon calling justdial, they have said that they did not receive a stop contract notice from us. The marketing executive mr. Srinivas contacted us in pretence of renewal of a contract, but instead, he activated a new contract and an extra monthly ecs charge. Both contracts running for one branch have no difference whatsoever. Same keywords. Same information. This does not double the amount of leads or provide any extra features. It has simply been created because just dial marketing execs are paid on a commission basis for bringing in new businesses. I have been trying to reach mr. Srinivas and mr. Varma for the past month. They have proceeded to ignore my calls. So i was forced to contact justdial customer care and file a complaint (Complaint number csnjul19x4y6q3). This content of said complaint has not been acknowledged up till date. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks. No information about why there are two same exact contracts running side-by-side for the same business, no information on escalating a complaint against these two employees, no information on refund of around 50, 000 rupees that has been wrongfully stolen from our account on pretence of ecs amounts. Only thing we get is a new person calling us everyday and us having to explain the situation over and over again for the 15th or 16th time. The only reason how we realised about this cheating is because we were examining our bank statements for end of year tax filing. If we had not noticed, justdial would have kept stealing in excess of 5, 000 rupees every month. There is absolutely no reason there should be that third debit every month from our account. There is no difference in the new contract and existing contract. It was just to add another contract and get an extra amount of commission. We will be blocking all three ecs debits from our bank's side and because no update has been given about this matter, we are being forced to seek legal criminal action against justdial and it's employees.

The second name is the business that is being charged twice separately every month since december 2018. I repeat, there is absolutely no difference in the features of both the contracts. No difference in key words, no difference in leads, no added benefits of a second contract, no added features etc. It is just there to add to the charges and commission.
