After several mails and phone calls to your customer care and executive i am finally writing this mail to you expecting for the justice and proper solution to my problems with just dial. I am very sorry to say this but what ever big big comitment you executive made at the time of making the contract not even 1 % is honoured i would request you to please kindly give instructions to your excutive not to make false promises fake commitments because once the commitment and promises are not made it really effects the image of the company because the commitments are not there personal comitment its a just dial committent recently i am one of the victim of your fake commitments made by your executive mr gurwinder singh from kolkata just dial i am an employee of matrix cellular services limited designation sr executive my core job responsibilty is doing sales of international sim card. Since it is a dry season for me in terms of sales i am under huge pressure to full fill my targets so i decided to take help of just dial accordingly i approched mr gurwinder at the starting of my meeting i handed him my company visting were it is clearly my designation is written and informed in details regarding my nature of work, my targets i clearly informed him that it is an off season for me and i am under huge pressure for metting up my targets and i required a lead for international sim card and i am ready to pay for the service accordingly he suggested me to take a package of rs 35000 i paid three installments in cash a rest was suppose to be debited from my account through ecs but i am really very sorry to say whatever commitment or rather big big assurance your executive made at the time of contract not even 1 % is kept i was assured once my services get starts that is from 03/07/2017 i would start getting leads on mail as well as on sms i clearly asked your executive rather told him that this is my off season and i would require leads from just dial then only i will go for the contract he assured me that i would be getting leads on daily basis or every alterenate day since i thought the assurance and commitment is from just dail i made contract now almost 20 days gone i have not received any lead appart from 2 fake leads which was updated in your portal i had complained through several mails and calls to your customer care regarding the services i got only assurance of call back from lead team only assurance very sorry to say i have never received any call from just dial regarding the service and leads at last i decided and sent a several mail to kolkata just dial for cancellation and refund of my whole money which i had paid to you for your services i got a mail for the cancellation of ecs but still i am wating for the refund mail as said in earlier mail also again i am repeating word my i am not ready to pay for the services which i have not got i am not ready to pay for false commitment i have visited your just dial office kolkata on thursday spoke to one of your managers informed him all the matter he was very cool on the matter he rather asked me from how many years i am into sales when i said i would complain it to you higher authorites he boldly says that it would be of no use when i asked for the refund of the money 1st he said it is not possible but latter on he suggested me put a mail for freezing the account and cancellation of service andafter some deduction around approx 2000 the refund would be process i mailed acoordingly then and then but still i have not received any request for the refund please let me know why the deduction will happen why should i pay for false commitment false assurance i would plz let know and please dont give global answer that it was written contract i have signed on the contract every contract are made on pen and paper but then verbal assurance and commitment trust customer satisfaction matters most i dont know weather it is applicabe for just dial or plz kindly give me your feedback waiting for your positive reply and expecting justice for my hard earened money from the ceo of the company i have wtitten this mail with great expection or else i would be froce to legal help for the refund
