Dear Consumer Forum Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Justdial for refusing to cancel my subscription and for unauthorized deductions from my account.
I subscribed to Justdial on December 5th, paying the first installment of ₹7, 080. I was assured that no further charges would be deducted before one month. However, my second installment was deducted on December 8th, just three days later. Now, they are informing me that another installment will be deducted within 20 days.
Despite my repeated requests to cancel the subscription due to dissatisfaction with their services, Justdial has refused, claiming it is a one-year subscription and cannot be canceled. Their refusal to honor my cancellation request and the unauthorized deductions are causing significant financial and mental distress.
I request your urgent intervention in this matter to:
1. Ensure Justdial cancels my subscription immediately.
2. Refund the deducted amount of ₹7, 080 for the second installment.
3. Stop any further unauthorized deductions.
Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
