I have cancelled my agreement on 25th last month. Till now not cancelled and charged me 2950 also 590 ecs charges. I called customer 100 times. They are not responding at all. They will say will transfer to concern person but call will disconnect without giving any information. Miss hema and shalini unfit to their job. They are not resolving any issue and disconnecting calls. Today one guy taken the call and you can't do anything. This is way they are treating customer. Was this information helpful? | |
