JustDial.com — deducting ecs illegally even after we have asked them to stop the service

We have 2 accounts registered on jd pune.
One was for mangesh lele's dancetrak dance studio. We had asked them to stop the ecs in dec 2019 by mail. Their cust executive said that as per their rules it seems they need 3 months notice. So they should have stopped the service by march 2020. We sent them one more mail in march to remind them about stopping the ecs. However they still did not stop the ecs. They kept on deducting the payment from our account. Since i was not keeping well for 2 months, it was not possible for me to follow up. Finally when i called again this month in june to complain, the executive was blaming me that i did not call back in march to stop the ecs and also did not follow up after that so they did not stop the ecs. He also denied receiving any mails from me in march. When i said that i have received a reply from jd on april 02 in response to my reminder mail of march then he said that i should also have called them up. What # is this? And infact if we send them a mail again and again then they automatically start the ecs instead of stopping it. Wow what a convenient system. I asked them for a refund for charging me for all these extra 3 months but they do not give any refund it seems even if it is their fault. Today they have sent a mail saying that they will stop the ecs on 27th july 2020. Which means they will also charge me for the month of july. I. E. 4 extra months charge on top of the 3 months of notice period. This is complete fraud.

Inspite of providing zero service in the lockdown period from march end uptil june, where in even we are not able to conduct our business and provide our services, jd has been charging us fraudulently and shamelessly. Zero ethics in their business.

For another account that i have by the name of mangesh lele healing, i had asked them in march 2020 by mail to stop the ecs. Again sent them a reminder this month in june to stop it. Instead of stopping it, the cust executive was offering me discounts and ad banners etc. When i dont even want to continue with the service. Wasted my time and finally said that he cannot stop the ecs. I also received a mail after the call today i. E. On 27th june that as per the call, the ecs will continue as it is. This is just disgusting. When i want to stop the ecs and their service, they are not even ready to stop it. What is more fraudulent than this? I will take legal action and i also want refund of all the extra charges that have been deducted immediately.
