JustDial.com — Deduction of amount even after closing services

I want to hereby submit a complaint regarding the just dial. i had taken this portal on date 4 july 2022 and my business was closed after 2 and half months so i requested them to close the portal. However, My amount is still deducted from my account Rs 885 then Rs 50. Kindly refund the amount and stop the services.

Business name was : Naman Ielts Coaching.
Place : Kharar, Punjab.

Since they have stopped service why the deduction of amount is still there.

I would request not to deduct money from the account and confirm me for closing the deduction from account.
