JustDial.com — ECS auto debiting even after request to stop service | |||
I was approached by a JD marketing agent for paid listing of my business. I was reluctant to spend on it but he convinced to try for 3 months & later if not happy then service can be stopped. I paid online for one month & allowed for autodebiting for two months. After third month I called customer care & told to stop debiting, .. I opted to stop ECS in JD app also. Even then ECS deboting continued. I gave complaint, wrote a mail, gave hand written letter directly to marketing agent to stop service & stop ECS. Even then again money has been debited from my account. I want REFUND of total 10620/- rupees which were debited from my account even after 3months said period & after repeated requests to stop ECS.
