[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs cancellation - false information by sales rep

I have been provided incomplete information and false promises by your sales representative about the services of just dial.
I am not at all satisfied with the services of Just dial.
My restaurant name is Sravs Kitchen situated at Pune. I was told that i can cancel the services anytime by the sales rep.But now when i call customer care, they are saying that there is some contract which i signed for one year. I dont agree that i signed some document like that knowingly.
Please stop my ECS asap.

I got a call from the concerned department of just dial. The just dial person Vishal was not ready to listen to my plea that I was not given proper information and stuck to his point that I should pay the remaining ECS amount.
After a lot of argument he agreed that if I pay an amount of 7000 he will be stopping my ECS.i asked him to send a written confirmation of the same.
But to my shock he sent an email that I agreed to continue with the ECS.i have the recording of his call waht we spoke.it is truly unprofessional and unethical practices followed by Just dial.
Request all the people to be careful of just dial agents and NOT fall in their trap.
Can someone help here?
