[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs charges deactivation being delayed purposefully

I am the register user of just dial.com, and paying monthly 2300 rs ecs amount to them. But in month of oct-17 i had raised a request to stop my ecs and as agreed by the ecs support dept. My ecs should stop with in the 23-45 days of requisition date. But still for the month of dec-17 they are charging me the ecs. Whereas i am not supposed to pay the same. This were also confirmed on telephonic conversation.

I had already escalated this Issue, with Just Dial Team. But still no support received.
But still as you suggested, I will write my concern on provided mail ID. But requesting to you, til the time kindly hold my ECS. Due to your inferior support I had already paid 2 ECS even though requisition of ECS stoppage.
