Sir, Khemaram suthar from dfine plus surat. I am registered customer in justdial. My shop closed in january 2020. In march 2019 i have taken the 1 year plan ecs plan for 8500 in which 3 months ecs i have paid in advance. According to rule my last ecs in december and plan should be continue till february. But still my ecs continue without informing me. When i call customer care the said you should submit request and it will stop in 90 days. I requested on 16 january2020 and 90 days completing on 15 april 2020. My last ecs already deducted in advance on 16 march 2020. They are already charged me for extra 3 months service. From there behavior i don't think so the stop my subscription plz help me. Because i am paying for my business which is not even exist. Was this information helpful? | |||
