I am a registered immigration company. I have registered for national pack on Justdial. In the name of best immigration company since there are no relevant leads and there is no business from just dial, I would like to cancel my contract with Justdial. Since I'm paying by monthly ECS scheme of 4720/- every month and now it's more than 6 months I would like to cancel the contract. But their customer service is too rigid, and they are now saying that we cannot cancel the contract now as ECS is blocked for 1 year. However, their marketing person had committed NEERAJ AND TANUJ that in case you don't require the contract you cancel anytime. And now they are too stubborn to cancel my contract. I had raised a complaint 4 months back regarding this and the sales guy said they will stop the payment and submit for notice period but after 4 months also the amount was deducted and on calling the customer service i got to know that they haven't raised any complaint from their end.
Also to bring to your notice when i started this service my Panchkula bank account no was not getting added as ECS. But they started deducting the amount from my other branch account without my knowledge. This is total fraud. Money doesn't come for free. Please cancel the contract I will not pay the monthly ECS here on.
