Dear team, i have listed my business one month back on just dial with the name earnax from ajmer rajasthan. My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have made the payment of rs. 1770 for two months service as instructed by your marketing executive.

After 20 days i got payment bounce alert without any notification and i get a payment link from just dial to make payment for ecs bounce then i make payment of rs. 884 and i have paid the penalty of rs. 354 for ecs bounce.

And today on 6th april i got another deduction message of rs 884 agin

So in one month service i have paid four months emi, so please refund my one month ecs amount which is deducted twice

I have received your reply but the answer from your side is not related to my question. Every time I got the same reply that my ECS payment date is 5th of every month.

Please answer my question, my concern is that I got an email on 2nd of April from just dial that my ECS amount is bounced so make the payment manually, SO I have made the payment from my credit card.

Again on 6th April, another amount is deducted from my account, So for April month ECS amount I have paid just dial twice one from credit card and another automatic deducted.

So the ECS amount which I have paid by credit card will be refund or not?

I have submit reuest to stop my ECS in Feb and Just dial said you have to wait 3 months and Your last ECS will deduct on 5 May 2020. Now in june They again Deduct my ECS . Please refund it otherwise strong action will be taken
