[Resolved] JustDial.com — Ecs retaining without my permission | |||
Hello... Iam Eswar rao from chennai am doing service in industry so i have been taken contract with JUST DIAL.COM then 1 year later i clearly told to Justdial customer care to cancel the contract and stop the ECS. they told me write a mail to... then again sent email also. then they stopped everything... then 4 month they again started again ECS came to my account and cleared 4000/- and again i spoken to customer executive. then stopped ECS. again know this again i got SMS that stated YOUR CONTRACT IS RENEWED AND YOUR ECS ALSO RETAINED. i have not received any Email or call for communication the how can they activated without my permission.
