I have dropped email to just dial on 17th March, 2020 at their email id: [protected]@justdail.com and [protected]@justdial.com after speaking to the just dial executive on a call to close my contract with just dial. I had already informed the executive in February that I do not want any further service with just dial and do not want my ECS to be deducted further. However the executive misguided me saying it will take 45 days to close the contract. When I spoke with retention team the executive said it will take 24 to 48 hours, my March month ECS was unnecessarily debited due to false information. Again after sending email in March for closure they replied back on 19th Mar, that in 24 to 48 hours my contract would be closed, however from that day I am constantly following up with the just dial team but till now have not received closure email. My April month ECS is also deducted. The ECS deduction is not justified and hence I require a refund of my March and April month ECS amount. Kindly help
