Sir this is Ms Mani from Event houz Visakhapatnam, we have taken a paid listing in Just dial n December 2017, during the signing the contract we have opted for monthly ECS option, my contract was for one year, in December 2018 the executive has called me for renewal at extra payment and we didn't agreed but the ECS payment has been deducting from our account and we used get some enquires. In the current situation we don't have any business and because of COVID 19. in June 2020 We requested the just dial to stop our contract and process ECS STOP, by mail, they have replied concern team will contact, since then we have contacted them over phone and wrote lot of mails but no use no one has contacted me and i will be getting the same replies. They are deducting the money from my account. i have contacted my bank and they said as it is a agreement between two parties they cant help. Was this information helpful? |
