JustDial.com — Excess payment deducted from my bank account | |
I have purchased a package from Justdial representative Mr.Pawan kumar for Rs. 23000/- including GST. FOR which monthly installment of Rs.4671/- for five months through ECS. They have deducted six installments from my bank amounting to Rs.27982/-. When I raised the concern the team leader Chanchal says that we donot refund money. I request to please stop ECS and refund the excess money charged. Due COVID and lockdown situation there no business not getting any response from the Justdial .
