JustDial.com — Fraud/false claims

There has been a fraud with me  done by your representative rohit, he has done false claims and has sold me your banner plan, now he and his manager are not replying to my messages nor picking calls, i clicked stop ecs in app but nothing happens, justdial is not giving me refund and ccare representative says that i have to pay for 12 months says  I have filed a complaint in consumer forum regarding the same, for making false promises and now doging my calls and messages  urgent refund needed.
