I had signed up for a Just Dial listing in Nov. 2020 to be paid from my credit card on a monthly basis. However since the authorisation calls for the payments used to come at midnight every month I did not authorise the payment for Jan 2021 so that the company representatives contact me and take action. However the representative who came convinced me to stop this service and opt for a banner listing thus avoiding the multiple enquiries from the same persons within the day and also repeatedly everyday. Most of the enquiries (90%) being generated were from people who said they had not contacted Justdial. I was asked to make a one time payment for this service which I did. To my surprise my credit card was automatically debited in Feb and Mar 2021 for the earlier contract also. Was this information helpful? | |
