I had asked for a subscription for my mom as she is a Numerologist.

Old account - [protected] (Which I wanted to subscribe)
New account[protected]which Vishal created without informing me)
I am writing this email to officially make a Complaint about the unprofessional behaviour and Fraud against Mr. Vishal Yadav (+91 [protected]) and Rupesh Gole (+91 [protected]) from Justdial.
Here it goes.
Mr. Vishal Yadav at the time of giving me the subscription gave me false information. Whatever commitment and information provided by him turned out to be absolutely fake and misleading.
He manipulates all his statements.
Because of his fake commitments I have lost INR 7, 080/-
1) Vishal Yadav did not activate my account, instead created a new account and there were no reviews and ratings. He said he will share a number from the backend team member and he will take care of it. Vishal did not share any details and then did not answer my calls.
2) Later Rupesh Gole spoke to me and informed me that he will get the reviews and ratings shifted to a new account after my payment is completed.
I completed my payment and then no response and it did not happen as I was promised.
3) On 27th May, my first EMI of 1770/- got debited from the account which again I was not informed about because Vishal Yadav told me it will be debited next month which he confirmed on a conference call between Me, Visha and Rupesh.
4) Still the Reviews and Ratings were not shifted to my new account (which I never wanted to create).
5) And then on 5th June again my account got debited by 1770/- I called Justdial and spoke with "Melroy" from the ECS team and he informed me that my billing date is 5th June and that is why it is deducted. I took Vishal Yadav to a conference and he is blaming it on the company that the company provides different information to them.
6) Vishal also said I will recieve 10-25 leads everyday. Which is again proved to be absolutely wrong.
Now what Rupesh and Vishal told me and the experience that I got from JUSTDIAL is so annoying.
I have already complained about him several times on call. Even I had a word with the ECS team and they also spoke with Vishal. Vishal without informing me kept the date of deduction as 5th of every month and he himself did not have any idea how my money got deducted from my account.
Rupesh Gole asks me to pause my ECS and also shares a video with me and he himself does not know that it will stop my subscription. Without any knowledge he was advising me to pause ECS and according to Rupesh my next EMI will get deducted on 27th August but it got deducted on 5th June.
Justdial either need to train their employees to provide correct and right information or need to stop this fake business subscription. It is a Fraud to deduct money from the customer's account without their knowledge.
Not at all happy with the services provided by Justdial. It was all fake and they have cheated.
I WANT TO STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WANT MY REFUND.
