On Feb 2022 I took 1 year plan for listing in justdial.com. after few months I was getting many irrelevant and spam calls. So, I called Justdial conveyed my request. Instead solving the issue they simply said I need to upgrade my package to monthly 10k+ package to get most relevant and get the leads first. So, on Aug 2022 last week I called their customer support and told them to stop the service initially they said they had deactivated but they haven't So I called again on Sept 7th 2022. They said your account is still active so I'll initiate the process to deactivate. After that I got the ECS deactivated message. They said the plan will be active till next 3months even it is deactivated. I asked what if I don't pay monthly payments does it have any bounce charges they said there is no bounce charges. But on Sept 16 2022 they charged 885 and Sept 20 2022 charged 235 as bounce penalty. So I called them twice to enquiry but both the time they cut my call in-between and one person spoke very rudely. It clearly shows how justdial is cheating people in the name of business promoting. Most irresponsible customer support I have ever seen.
