[Resolved]  JustDial.com — jd pay amount

I have received payment from my customer through jd pay. But the payment is not credited in to my account. It is now asking me to complete kyc, where i have completed it and was doing transaction from two months. When i spoke with justdial executive they are saying particular department is busy and cannot take the call, at the end they are saying will arrange call back from them but no response. I called many time from may 2nd 2018 but the answer was same from your team as jd pay team is busy busy.

My transaction amount is 90000/-
