Stop just dial's ecs payments Hi all, I am jaikishan vijayvargiya and i registered my business on just dial in may 2019. Executive (Named –manish patidar) that visited told me for ecs of 3475/- for leads. (Executive told me if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.in case of some reasons e. G business shut down etc.) I believe on executive words and agreed for registration. The first amount got deducted from my account on 13/05/2019 of 3475 because of some reasons i have to shut down my business in same month (May 2019) and request the executive to close my services and stop ecs then he told me that i have missed to fill one form so by default my registration is going to stop. Later in june, july, august there was no ecs in my account so i was sure that my closing process has been done but on 5/10/2019, a deduction of 3, 475/- happened in my bank account. And it is continue after that on every month on 5th or 6th. I was busy in my another business so i was not aware about deduction i realized in month of november deduction so called to manish he told me that he will do process of closeting. But again in next month in december manish was sitting with me for his another proposal the same time ecs deducted from my account. He told me that he will mail to senior and department even he asked me for mail form my side also then i mail him. He assure me again for closing process. But next month in 6/01/2020 again ecs deduction happened in my bank account. And manish told me do not worry he will take care of all process and assured me to stop process even he assured me to give the benefit of my complete ecs amount which already deducted After manish conversation to ecs dpartment i called to ecs customer care of just dial and talked to nagesh swami-senior process associate. I asked to closing process then he told closing process is that his executive from indore office will visit to site and check then they will close there ecs if office will shut down. My first call to nagesh was on 26 or 27 of january 2020 till 04/02/2020 i talked him many time he told me that process is going on and on 04/02/2020 he told me that there is no process like closing in just dial. If you have take ecs it will be continue for complete tenure and you have to pay it. I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial.
