JustDial.com — microwave repairing fraud

This is regarding rihan repairing, noida, whose details was given to me on 17th november and since it was just dial, so i called rihan repairing ([protected]) and they charge 1650 for the service and denied to give any bill for that. Now when i called on 2nd jan that my microwave is not working, they refused to get this correct.. Even i tried many times with the just dial, i was never supported, and seems if you were also involve in this fraud.. If this is not resolved will highlight everywhere, how you are making fool to your customers, to get money from this kind of incident.

I took a paid listing before 7 days ago but currently i am not interested for that listing i paid 11316INR with gst, i spoke to the customer care they said to mail on [protected]@justdial.com, i mailed them on 30/12/2019 it has been 3 days but no body has responded, please help me to get refund of my payment.

just dial do contacted me by saying they will not refund my payment even though i asked them to deduct the amount which you have given the services.
