JustDial.com — Miscommitment on service free catalogue promised but not given | |||
I am a customer of just dial . On 26 Jan 2020 I booked a advertisement to just dial with one time payment of RS 1200 including GST, in which I was promised 1000 leads and free catalogue service. But till date the set is not given. On the contrary on my mail to Kolkata customer team I receive a shabby reply that this service was for B-B cust and not for B-C customer. My question was why the same was not informed when selling the service to me. Further on further questions the team tactfully said they have forwarded to marketing team and it's almot a weeks time no Cally more revert from marketing team so far . An I dealing with a world renowned company or some road side firm . Is this the fashion you deal wiith ur customes . I am very disappointed ande unhappy. To add to this I got a call 2 days back from another Kolkata representative about another advertisement I wanted just dial to promote . again this gentleman kept on pushing me to avail the service as the company is giving free catalogue system. I am not able to understand whether this service actually exist or not . Request to kindly look into thy matter and revert me .
