Hi,
I had made a payment of[protected] + 18% GST) on 31st July 2021 for a contract of 1 year at the rate of Rs. 1000 p.m. and I was very happy with the services and quality of leads that I was getting.
In the month of March 2022, I got continuous calls from JD sales representatives mentioning that I will be benefitted with services of 75 cities if I upgrade to a state level package at the cost of INR 3000 pm. (Words mentioned were 75 times benefit at just 3 times the cost), I definitely liked it and felled prey for this scam and signed a new contract for the same at an ECS of INR 3540 p.m. (Including GST).
As soon as I signed for this contract, the leads quality failed drastically and I stopped getting proper leads. Also whatever leads I used to get as per previous contract, even that was stopped and it resulted into practically 0% conversion through JD in the entire month.
I continuously reported about this to Mr. Pratik M., who had visited my office to renew the contract, he just mentioned that he will forward the request to the concerned team and get the issue resolved, but it did not happen.
Due to this unsatisfactory service, I decided to stop my current month ECS which was due on 15th April 22.
After the ECS was bounced, on 18th April, I received a call from so called JD accounts department. The representative mentioned that my services are blocked due to non clearance of ECS. Of course I was aware of that, however she mentioned that, "Sir if you opt for a state package, instead of a city package, your amount gets distributed in all the cities providing service hence your are not getting proper leads and the sales representative should have informed you about the same". I had also asked her to share number of Pratik’s supervisor, she mentioned that she will call me back in 2 mins, but I never received a call again from any of your representative.
And that was a shocker for me for sure and it explained why the leads quality dropped all of a sudden as my listing was going somewhere down as compared to my previous listing / ranking.
So, I consider this as a clear example of misguiding the customer to opt for higher amount package with false commitments.
When I asked, to roll back this contact and continue with my previous contract, that would have helped me utilize my funds till July, she mentioned that she cannot do so.
Due to this experience, you are definitely loosing a loyal customer of yours, and I am seriously thinking of opting out of your services and switching over to your competition.
According to me, I have a balance of around 4400 with JD. Expecting a refund of the same of reinstating my previous contract.
