[Resolved] JustDial.com — misinformation provided about the package | |||
This is with respect to our justdial merchant account humidair (India) (Registered mobile no.: [protected]), we are unhappy with the just dial inquiries pool that we are receiving from your just dial portal. Our business has affected immensely due to these poor inquiries from just dial. This all begins after september 2018 month. Before september, we had a supreme package which was very fruitful to the business.in the august month, we received a call from one of just dial executive for the feedback in which we provided good reviews of their service. The same executive then suggested us to go for a better plan where we will be receiving more no. Of mitsubishi electric inquiries. The amount told to us for the same was of 35000/- tax inclusive. We were told that the new plan will be in addition to the current plan and it is given to us at the discounted mentioned as above. However, this was not the case instead the current plan was converted to the new plan and its amount was adjusted in the new plane. We got this information after having the conversation with mr. Shivam (Justdial employee) in october month 2018 when we saw a sudden drop in no. Of inquiries. Mr. Shivam told us that the plan that we have now opted will only provide mitsubishi electric inquiries. When we ask him to change this plan to earlier plan, then he asked us to again pay for minimum change amount. We denied his request as we have already paid a handsome amount for the new plan and not ready to bare more. Till now, we didn't raise the issue regarding misinformation and misconduct in hope that we might get good no. Of inquiries in the new plan. But the numbers haven't improved and eventually affected our sales. We conveyed the same to just dial feedback team to change our plan back to the supreme package but instead of admitting their mistake and compensate, they asked us to either pay them more amount to change or else keep continuing with the same package.
