[Resolved] JustDial.com — Misinterpreted the terms and conditions & false promises | |||||
This is regarding the visit of just dial executive who had misinterpreted the terms and conditions for advertisement for my outlet. I have issued cheque no.873910 for Rs. 1725/- for advertisement for 1 month. Later on confirmation call from your company I have clearly refused to continue, but my said cheque has got presented in my bank. I have contacted their call –centre and Ahmedabad office many times to stop the above transaction and further ECS but no action has been taken. Now they are refusing to return the money stating that nothing can be done now Further I have received a SMS today that an ECS will also present in my above a/c on 20.5.2017.
