[Resolved] JustDial.com — miss representation by agent and company is not refunding my amount. | |||
I was given payment on 21/11/2017 for 3 months trail pack rs. 2360. As per your sales executive presentation there is no need of any documents except cancelled cheque. So i given the cancelled cheque to your sales executive mr. Bhushan bole. After 3-4 days he came again and demand for aadhar card and pan card, i denied to give the documents. Because as per his presentation there is "no need of any documents" except a cancelled cheque. So as per me its a mislead/missguided/miss representation by your "agent" and i want to cancelled the contract. As my company is not paid listing as on date. And justdial using my amount without any communication. So please refund my amount. Its a clear clear matter of miss representation by your "agent". Was this information helpful? | |||
