I was informed that SMS service for leads will be discontinued but I will keep receiving the emails. Now since quite some time I am not receiving emails nor the Leads page is getting updated. My friend called for my category and my number was listed to her in the what's app, but even after two days the email regarding the said call has not come to me nor the leads page is getting updated and we are missing out on business.
We want to cancel the contract and give us our refund after adjusting the pro-rata days if you have discontinued the email and leads update services.
