[Resolved] JustDial.com — not rendering services paid in advance for year

I purchased a advertisement plan from just dial to boost my business in name saini garments, website plus inquiry plan and they promised to make a website page and teach how to operate manually, but now they are refusing that they explain online how to operate website. But when company's executive come he said that he will come to explain everything himself and whatever time to learn the website working.
So i wanted justice because i already paid around rs.26000/- to the just dial about three months ago but till date the company do nothing to solve my issue.
Therefore i request you to please help me.
