[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not stopping my ecs | |||||
Dear team, I just opened mobile and recharge shop in july 2017, just dial contacted me to join them as a business collegue. I was told to take trial for two months. They told me that i[censored] are not satisfied with our company than u call us we will discontinue ur contract immediately. I started my contract on 16 september 2016 after two months i called them at [protected]. They provided call back for me. Than samta sharma told me that i cannot discontinue ur contract till 25th dec. Ujust called me up on 25 dec.2016. I will process ur request to stop ecs. I called them on 26 dec. Than samta sharma told me that i will call back u after an hour. Than no call back received from their side. After that i am trying to call them everyday but either they are not talking to me properly or just continue saying that we will arrange call back for u. Iam not in a postion to give them 2300 per month. Kindly ask them to stop my ecs from immediate effect.
