I have registered with Justdial for paid online listing in 2017 with the confirmation from the salesperson that it can be stopped after 1 year if we were not happy with the service. They have been taking ECS amount of Rs.1050/- every month and refused to stop the services even after multiples requests to do so. Everytime we contact Justdial, they send their staff to our shop and then do not stop the services and promised. They have made it very hard to reach them as no one is taking responsibility.
During these Covid times, our business was closed and our bank account of not operational, Justdial continued to take the ECS and this caused many bounce charges to pile up and a large amount was deducted. I'm afraid that this has affected my CIBIL score.
I want Justdial to stop the services and stop deducting ECS amount from my bank account. Was this information helpful? |
