[Resolved] JustDial.com — old ecs mandate reversal - for contract stopped in 2013 | |||||
Hello, I am saloni gala (Royal foods owner mukesh gala's daughter). In 2013, my father had signed a contract for advertising 'royal foods' name in just dial page on the contract that amount will be paid on ecs basis. Later on by 22 dec 2016, a new contract was signed for which another 11, 500 was paid by the owner of royal foods, assuming that old contract of ecs of 399 + tax was stopped. Since then he was not aware that the old ecs mandate of 408 (Inclusive of taxes) is still debited from his current account. After this continual debit from there till 30 jun 2018 this debit amounted to somewhere around 80000 plus. After that the same thing was conversed with aarti tandelkar of just dial. After several conversations with her some how she stopped the ecs and assured us that she would be highlighting the same to her higher management but since the last conversation on 30june 2018, there is no response from her nor the sales person jay from justdial. Kindly reverse the additional amount taken plus interest which is due from june 2018 till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
