Dear Sir/madam, I have taken a service in the name of Kaikan Ford Kolkata i have paid Rs.8500.00 (cash) on 2.04.15.I have taken the platinum membership from your 3 categories.the contact persons was Relationship Manager : Arup mondal Telemarketing : Ritam roy they told me that service will be start from friday 12:00 3.04.15 afternoon sharp.Till now i m not getting any response after taking the money they had stop responding my call.I think just dial service is not like this.Please start my service immediately or refund my money. Please do the needful.
