Hi, i have purchased website and banner for 2 moths and given cheque payment rs 1650 (Ch no. 22182) and rs 3540 (Ch. No. - 22180) and which has cleared. Also ecs will be not done as communicated your represenataive mr ranesh rathod (M - [protected]) pune - just dial repres.). Also i have informed cancelled the contract due to corona issue by mail dt. 30.03.20. I will think affter 4-5 month when situation is in control and reguler the business and evn not activate the service also. Also mail on 30.3.20to pune div. And your custmer care no is swift off also. Even ecs has deducted rs 825 on dt. 31.03.20 without any service and communication. Therefore by looking it just dial is cheating to me that payment has taken without service in lockdown period. So i have cancelled the contract and request on return the payment. But this person not pick up my phone call of just dial perosn mr ranesh rathod (M - [protected]) and not received reply on this issue which terrible.
