I took keywords as platinum member before 3 years. I am renewing my contract every year. But i found my school listing is not present in these keywords. My schools was listed as in platinum position. But the marketing team is collecting money from other schools and placed their names in platinum position. I tried to communicate with their support team. Even after hours together discussions there is no fruitful response. I have all the communication mails with their support team.
