Dear Justdial Team,
I am the owner of House of Hair Salon, located in Vile Parle East, and have been using Justdial's paid services for the past three months. Before signing up, your employee Mr. Abhishek assured us that we would be in the top three positions for our nearest pincode and that we would receive ten times the business for what we were paying.
Unfortunately, our experience with Justdial has been far from satisfactory. Despite receiving leads on a daily basis, these have turned out to be fake, as the people we contacted either did not make any inquiry or were looking for services unrelated to our salon. Moreover, instead of addressing our concerns, your employee Mr. Gaurav (who claims to be a senior manager) asked us to pay an additional 500-600 INR to secure a top-five position and receive more leads. It seems as if the primary focus of your staff is meeting their targets, rather than genuinely helping your clients.
As a result of this disappointing experience, we have decided to discontinue our business with Justdial. We request a full refund of the amount paid for the membership, as the promised services were not delivered. We hope that you will take our concerns seriously and address the issues raised, as well as process our refund promptly.
