We are facing a problem from just dial delhi

Our company details

An executive from justdial approached us regarding business promotion.

We took the package and applied for ecs payment method as directed by the executive.

As the services provided by justdial are not satisfactory and they don't give the services as promised, we decided to stop the ecs and contract.

We logged a complaint with just dial customer service and they say the contract is valid for one year and you cannot cancel the ecs and contract the customer care was adamant on it

Just dial is a fraud company most business lead provided by them are fake.

I just don't want to continue with just dial.

If some legal steps can be taken it will be helpful.

As they don't provide the service they promised the contract & ecs shall be liable for cancellations.
