Justdial your customer care is terrible!!! I have been requesting your customer care to remove a review on royal enterprises and it’s over 48 hours with no call or action from your team!!! Every time i call you tell me someone will call back which doesn’t happen!!! I have emailed as well with no action. I have already dropped you a mail and called today morning as well!!! Still no resolution!!! Remove the review and send me a confirmation mail or I will escalate this further.

Also just to clarify this is not for my business but for another business I left a review for called Royal Enterprises in hyderabad. Remove the rating and review I left for them and update me. My email id is [email protected]

Just dial has listed my mobile number as personal number in a account named soni.i dont run any company. After complaining and trying many times these people did nothing.

Please remove my name and personal contact number immediately or let me know what could be done in this case.
