The sales team pursues a customer to the point of stalking. Once you make the payment, the services offered are subpar and nothing as promised. I got a contract renewed recently. One week down the line, i have received 0 leads from the company. Customer care representatives promise a call back that never happens. Please shut down the company if you do not want to do business rather than indulge in daylight robbery. My sincere suggestion to other businesses, this company is an ideal candidate for postpaid services. Insist on making payments only after they have offered you the service. Or else, you have only yourself to blame because india has very poor customer protection anyways.
