[Resolved] JustDial.com — Royal oaks furniture | |||||
I had booked few furniture items with Royal Oaks Silk board branch on 18/02/2016 with a home delivery confirmation for 20/02/2016 before 5.30 Pm and installation by 21/02/2016 before 3.00 PM. Till now I haven't got any call from showroom end or from the delivery team of Royal oaks. Since yesterday after noon am keep following up with the showroom regarding delivery schedule and I was informed always that vehicle is on the way and no one called me back so far. We have reported the same to customer care today around 10.30 am and on my second call to customer care again at 11.30 am I was told that they are not having any information about the booking or delivery as it is not updated in their system. As per showroom goods are already dispatched yesterday afternoon itself. Very poor service . Like this kind of service where do we stand and who is responsible for goods we purchased.???
